Using Sobs

Owner must identify the contracting entity, eligibility, acceptable use, and support terms.

Plans and billing

Free allows 30 bookings per business-local calendar month and one active staff member. Pro is £5.99 per month. Subscription cancellation is available through the Stripe portal; historical records are retained after downgrade.

Appointments

Service providers are responsible for their services, prices, availability, customer communications, and cancellation policies. Estimated appointment revenue is not a record of received payments.

Review before launch

Owner and counsel must finalize liability, dispute resolution, termination, refund policy, tax treatment, and applicable law.
